Beijing [China], April 24: China demonstrated its second nuclear strike capability, the ability to fight back in case of a pre-emptive nuclear attack by an enemy, according to SCMP.
The South China Morning Post ( SCMP ) reported on the evening of April 23 that the Chinese navy on April 22 released rare footage of the launch of a JL-2 ballistic missile from a nuclear-powered submarine.
