Fujairah [UAE], June 6: In a bid to gain a deeper understanding of the emirate's economic landscape, the Fujairah Statistics Centre launched its 2024 economic survey project today. The initiative will run until August 3rd, 2024.
The project has multi-fold objectives, including creating a comprehensive and current database encompassing all major economic sectors in Fujairah; facilitating the preparation of national accounts, the extraction of key economic indicators, and the development of effective economic development programmes and plans.
It provides the data necessary for formulating sound economic policies and making informed decisions that will drive the emirate's economic development and societal well-being.
Dr. Ibrahim Saad, Director of Fujairah Statistics Centre, anticipates the final results to be published in mid-December 2024. This data will serve as a valuable resource and guide for decision-makers as they formulate strategic policies for various projects and programs.
