US circulates UN Security Council draft resolution supporting Biden's ceasefire proposal in Gaza

New York [USA], June 7: Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, US Representative to the United Nations, said that the United States today circulated a UN Security Council draft resolution supporting the proposal now on the table to end the war in Gaza through a ceasefire and a hostage deal.
In her official X account, she added: "Numerous leaders and governments, including in the region, have endorsed this plan - and we call on the Security Council to join them in calling for the implementation of this deal without delay and without further conditions."
